About Güney Waterfall
One of Denizli's hidden paradises, Güney Waterfall is a mesmerizing natural wonder showcasing the power of nature. Located 70 km from Denizli city center and only 3 km from Güney district, this waterfall cascades down 20 meters into the Büyük Menderes River, creating a spectacular view.
Fed by the water sources from the slopes of Cindere Mountain, Güney Waterfall’s calcareous water forms travertine-like terraces, resulting in a unique natural formation. The water flow changes throughout the year, and the moss-covered rocks over which it gently streams create a fairy-tale-like landscape.
