🏺 Today, some architectural remains can be observed on the surface; however, since no excavations have been conducted, a significant portion of the city remains underground. The Roman and Byzantine ruins indicate that Trapezapolis was once an important trade and settlement center.

How to Get to Trapezapolis Ancient City?

🚗 By Private Vehicle

1. Follow the Denizli-Aydın Highway for 18 km to reach Sarayköy district.
2. Take the southwest road from Sarayköy Duacılı Neighborhood and continue for another 6 km.
3. The ancient city center is located 2.5 km south of Bekirler Neighborhood in Babadağ.
4. The necropolis area of the ancient city is just south of Bekirler Neighborhood.

• Take a minibus from Denizli Bus Terminal to Babadağ district.
• From Babadağ, use local transportation to reach Bekirler Neighborhood.
