Istanbul Aquarium is not just the largest of its kind in Turkey — it’s one of the most advanced thematic aquariums in the world. Visitors follow a 1.2 km long route through 16 geographic themes and 1 rainforest, beginning at the Black Sea and ending at the Pacific Ocean.

⏰ Istanbul Aquarium is open:
- Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekends: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🎫 Ticket Prices for 2025:
- Adults: 600 TL (discounted rate for Turkish citizens)
- Children (2–18), students, teachers, people with disabilities, seniors (65+), and veterans: 500 TL (with valid ID)
- Infants (0–24 months): Free admission
Online tickets are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
🚌 How to Get There
Istanbul Aquarium is located in Florya, on the European side of the city. The easiest and most comfortable way to reach the aquarium is by using the free shuttle services offered by the facility.
🚌 Round-trip shuttle services depart from the following points:
- Taksim – In front of Gezi Park
- Sultanahmet – In front of Topkapı Palace main entrance
- Laleli – Atatürk Street, Vangölü Seyahat (Langa Bostanları Street)
- Bakırköy – İDO parking lot
